Mary Swinton has worked in the Canadian Entertainment Industry for over thirty-five years. A former actor, she was a member of both ACTRA and ACTOR’S EQUITY from 1975 – 1990 at which point she transitioned into Talent Representation. Over the next two decades, she worked at some of Canada’s most prestigious Agencies before opening InVision Artists with co-owner Megan McGregor in 2010.
She has been a member of the Talent Agents and Managers Association of Canada (TAMAC) since 1998 and was a founding member of the ACTRA/TAMAC Children’s Committee responsible for significant new protections for child performers. She remains committed to improving working conditions and terms of employment for professional performers,
InVision Artists Talent Management is the culmination of Mary’s decades of industry experience as well as a tangible expression of her commitment to Performers.

Megan McGregor’s love of the arts and affinity for business led her to pursue her calling as a Talent Agent. With a B.A. in psychology from McMaster University (a degree that proves more helpful that one would imagine) and a diploma in Entertainment Administration from Durham College she began her journey as an intern at The Core Group. A short time later she found herself at 3SG Talent Management where she began really honing her skills as an assistant. It was clear that the industry suited her and she soon began building her own roster of youth talent. Now as both an agent and owner at Invision Artists Talent Management, she prides herself on the longevity and nurturing relationship she has with her clients.
